The increase situation of globalization, the desplace of manufacturing and the functions externalization on departments in the companies, it has been the reason to create this new challenge in ours professionals lifes and to create one private group that to collaborate on the implementation systems, procedures and purchasing department organization, including supplier's quality assurance, also, helping and carring the externalization of purchasing functions and components, so like the practical execution of cost reduction on components and materials used in the companies.
